As a Senior Healthcare Executive, Entrepreneur, and Board Member, I know what it’s like to be the only woman of color in the room. I have watched talented women be overlooked, undervalued, and unsupported because they were never taught how to navigate leadership in a way that allows them to succeed.

That’s why I do this work.

With advanced degrees in nursing, business, and healthcare leadership I help you get clarity, identify barriers, navigate challenges, and seize opportunities for sustainable growth.

As a dual Executive and Life Coach, I use a whole-person approach because I recognize that true leadership success must be aligned with well-being. I bring empathy, cultural humility, real-world expertise, and actionable strategies to every session to help you succeed.

Beyond my career, I’m a woman of faith, devoted wife, proud mother, grateful daughter and loving sibling. I find joy in the arts, including enjoying the theatre, dancing, or playing my ukulele and piano. I love traveling, volunteering, and creating memories over board games with family and friends.

I grew up believing that our gifts, talents, and experiences are meant to uplift others. My parents instilled in me that success isn’t just about what we accomplish, but about the legacy we leave behind to make the world a better place. That belief has shaped everything I do.

At my core, I believe that our purpose is bigger than ourselves, and the impact we make on others is the true measure of a life well-lived.
